Synopsis

They committed the perfect crime.  They planned for every possibility.  But they never planned for him…

After pulling off the perfect heist a dangerous crew of thieves flee town to the seclusion of the nearby woods. All they have to do is make it through the night so they can get away clean but their sadistic leader has taken them to the long deserted Camp Crystal Lake, a place that is no longer on any maps and for good reason.

Unaware of the locations notorious past the fugitives begin to explore their temporary hideout and soon realize that this place has a very dark and violent history that they are soon about to become part of.

It is a race to morning where the lines between bad and pure evil are blurred and the fight to survive the awakened legend of Camp Crystal Lake is much more than they bargained for.

VOORHEES, the upcoming Friday the 13th feature length fan film from Wet Paint Pictures visionary director Cody Faulk, just dropped a new teaser trailer for the film and it looks brutal and amazing. 

As the teaser opens we see a gnarled hand with a hockey mask, when we realize it is Jason’s hand and he is putting his mask on, there is a high level of nostalgia seeing him getting ready to “go to work”. After the mask is on the trailer turns dark and all we can hear is the heavy breathing and see a meager flashlight beam of a potential victim who makes the stunning and very scary realization that “There’s something here”.

Faulk ends the teaser with a few new quick shots of Jason in action and even gives a glimpse of a presumably, an up close and personal kill scene and then the screen turns black and the words “Trailer Coming Soon” fill the screen.

I know Faulk and the Voorhees crew have been hard at work and are nearing completion of principal photography and he is equally hard at work crafting the official trailer for the film. Until then, enjoy this teaser trailer that will definitely get you hyped for the upcoming full trailer that Faulk will be giving us soon!
