By now most of you are aware of the upcoming feature length Friday the 13th fan film “VOORHEES” and the unprecedented support it has been receiving from Friday the 13th community and alumni like Kane Hodder and Thom Matthews to name a few, but today is all about YOU, the fans, the backers and anyone who is a fan of the Friday the 13th franchise and the king of slashers himself, Jason Voorhees.
Synopsis-
They committed the perfect crime. They planned for every possibility. But they never planned for him…
After pulling off the perfect heist a dangerous crew of thieves flee town to the seclusion of the nearby woods. All they have to do is make it through the night so they can get away clean but their sadistic leader has taken them to the long deserted Camp Crystal Lake, a place that is no longer on any maps and for good reason.Unaware of the locations notorious past the fugitives begin to explore their temporary hideout and soon realize that this place has a very dark and violent history that they are soon about to become part of.
It is a race to morning where the lines between bad and pure evil are blurred and the fight to survive the awakened legend of Camp Crystal Lake is much more than they bargained for.
To make this Friday the 13th extra special for all of you, director of the upcoming “VOORHEES” feature length fan film, Cody Faulk is giving you an exclusive first look at his vision of the iconic slasher.
In this first ever look at the official film version of the Jason Voorhees character and hockey mask, Faulk also gives us a listen to actual audio from the film that is both intense and terrifying and brings the sense that this film is going to be a serious game changer as far as pure violence in this franchise is concerned and has the potential to be a truly scary horror movie.
I urge you to turn up the volume, adjust the video to full screen and watch all twenty three seconds of this amazing Friday the 13th gift and pay very close attention to the final few seconds because we are treated to an actual clip of Jason from the upcoming film.

Every “VOORHEES” story, update and behind the scenes shot have had me excited for this films upcoming release but this clip has ramped the excitement to a new level. Everything that has been put out so far has gotten better and better and we haven’t even seen the first trailer yet.
The future of the Friday the 13th legacy is in very capable hands with Cody Faulk and the future is proving to be very bright for this film and its place in the Friday the 13th universe.
