Manifest:The Chryzinium Era. A Very Ambitious Award Winning Short Film from Oregon Based, Ambition Pictures
Written by Bryan Fitzgerald (Fitz of Horror) November, 2017
Manifest:The Chryzinium Era- Madison and her father are outcasts in a society ruled by an alien civilization. Survival is becoming more difficult, forcing Madison to make a decision that will change her life forever.
Manifest is an extremely ambitious short film (25 minutes) that is well polished and visually, quite stunning. Looking like it has a Hollywood type budget, manifest draws you in and leaves you wanting more. I sat in awe of the CGI and cinematography for the full 25 minutes, not to mention, it was filmed in my home state so it was fun seeing several locations (Salem and Stayton Oregon) that I was familiar with.
Manifest plays out like an episode of The Twilight Zone or The Outer Limits with it’s plot and is definitely more sci fi than horror so don’t go in expecting blood and guts or killer aliens. Expect a smart and engaging short film that begs for a full length feature.
Manifest: The Chryzinium Era is now streaming on Amazon and is free if you have Amazon Prime.
Founded in 2012, by brothers Phillip and Tim Wade. Oregon based Ambition Pictures has produced five films, including the most recent award winning “THE MANIFEST” and “DUDE IN THE HEADLIGHTS”. Ambition Pictures is currently preparing to distribute the feature film, “MOUNT ADAMS”.
Their next film, Mount Adams is a fact based feature film about a UFO investigation team that go on a quest to document proof of the real-life mysterious alien phenomena surrounding Mount Adams.
This movie is aiming for a nationwide theatrical run and promises to be one you won’t soon forget!
